Institute of Contemporary Arts, SW1Y 5AH , [Venue Details]Five years have passed since the now 30-year-old producer Marcel launched his orbit project. In his early twenties, he moved to Berlin and began working there as a music producer.
But the noise of big city life didn't bring him what he was looking for. He moved back to his hometown, back to the Weser river, into nature, into his circle of friends.
Here he found his peace and artistic freedom. This is how a project came into being that was allowed to grow organically, without rushing.
And that's exactly how it sounds: with a soundscape of intimate acoustic sounds, dreamily distorted vocals, and atmospheric synths, orbit has found his way to express inner dream worlds and connect them with impressions from the small town.
